Post -Election Healing and Writing Retreat (Online)

After the election, you may feel a let down. All that adrenaline that you used every day checking the latest outrage is now gone. And you did like to stoke your outrage. It made you feel virtuous. Like you were doing something positive.
But all it did was raise your adrenaline level and make you feel exhausted, worn out and sad.
The decision–making is done. We now have to sort out the aftermath. How we behaved. And how we can discover our better self again and bring people back into the circle of acceptance, care, and peace. We are retrieving the pieces of our soul that got chipped off and worn away.
I’m running a four-session class at the busiest time of year, while you are planning holidays and choosing gifts, when you are with family or lonely because you don’t have a family close by. And yes, it seems like something that should wait till you have more time, maybe in January. But you will never have more time.
